Job summary

Nordiska in Sweden is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join the team responsible for keeping the IT environment secure, reliable and efficient. The role blends hands-on IT operations, user support and technical ownership across identity, endpoints, access and security.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, scripting and automation, participate in on-call and incident management, and help improve runbooks and procedures while maintaining strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations, workplace engineering, systems administration or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, groups, authentication and access management.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or another modern endpoint management platform across Windows and macOS.
• Experience with scripting, automation or workflow automation.
• Good understanding of identity and access management, MFA, least privilege and endpoint security.
• Experience with IT service management, ticketing and operational processes.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint environment.
• Manage identities and access across user lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints using modern device management and security tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across endpoints, identity, SaaS apps and workplace tech.
• Automate recurring operational tasks and improve runbooks and documentation.
