Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior UX Designer Complex B2B on behalf of one of our partner companies. You connect user evidence, service realities and product constraints to create experiences that are clear, inclusive and valuable.

The partner is strengthening its capability in complex B2B workflows that help expert users make confident decisions. You will take responsibility for work that connects interaction design, information architecture and prototyping, while ensuring that usability testing and design systems receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

The design function values evidence, critique and close collaboration. Success means making complexity understandable and enabling better choices.

How you will work

You will join a multidisciplinary team and move between discovery, design, delivery and learning after launch. The partner expects assumptions to be made visible, prototypes to answer real questions and design decisions to remain understandable when they reach engineering and operations.
