Job summary

You will diagnose friction, facilitate design choices and translate operating models into behaviours, governance and capability, partnering with senior leaders to move initiatives forward with practical alternatives and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisation development, transformation or management consulting.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Understanding of organisation design and change principles.
• Ability to work with ambiguity without creating vague outputs.
• Confidence advising senior leaders.
• Professional English and excellent written synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisational diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Facilitate operating model and organisation design work.
• Clarify roles, decision rights and collaboration interfaces.
• Support leadership teams through implementation and adoption.
• Design interventions for culture, capability and team effectiveness.
• Measure whether changes improve outcomes rather than activity.
