Moody’s in Stockholm seeks an Associate Director Relationship Manager for the Defence & Security sector. You will lead Nordic & Baltics accounts, selling AI-enabled risk analytics and data solutions to public sector clients, with emphasis on government and security priorities.

You’ll build trusted relationships, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams in a hybrid, travel‑heavy role across Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a relevant B2B sales role.
• Experience selling to Government and Public sector, including SaaS.
• Background selling data or software solutions in complex sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and expand trusted customer relationships.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies opportunities with solutions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and experience with AI workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and drive new business opportunities in the Defence & Security sector across the Nordic & Baltics.
• Maintain a pipeline of meetings, presentations, and proposals in Government & Public sector.
• Manage and support existing clients to generate and close new product and solution sales.
• Understand client projects, objectives, purchasing criteria, and decision processes.
• Present solutions to clients through a consultative sales process.
• Collaborate with Moody's Leadership to enable local government strategy implementation.
• Travel regularly; participate in events; support cross-functional delivery for large deals.
