Job summary

Westermo Network Technologies is seeking a senior sales professional to lead Defence business development and drive end-to-end sales with strategic execution. The role covers Sweden and the Nordic region, requiring active travel and deep industry connections.

You will collaborate with product management, cybersecurity and marketing to deliver customer value, shape growth plans and build lasting partnerships within the Defence ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Defence business development and sales experience.
• Understanding of Defence procurement and tendering processes.
• Experience with data communication, networking, cybersecurity or similar.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Based in Sweden and willing to travel within the Nordics.

Responsibilities

• Drive Defence business development and sales with strong customer dialogue and relationship-building across Sweden and the Nordics.
• Lead and support complex sales processes, including tendering responses and negotiations.
• Translate market insights into clear and actionable growth plans.
• Contribute to building scalable and sustainable ways of working within Defence.
• Shape sales strategy, including target customers and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, cybersecurity, marketing) to deliver customer value.
• Bring customer insights into product development and cyber security alignment.
• Build trusted relationships within the broader Defence ecosystem and contribute to marketing activities, events, and thought leadership.
