Job summary

Mynt in Stockholm is seeking a Customer Success Associate to welcome new customers, get them up and running, and help them succeed with Mynt from day one.

You’ll talk with customers daily, build real relationships with partners, and step in as 2nd line support when things get tricky.

As the team grows, there’s room to shape your role, collaborate across the company, and contribute to faster, smoother onboarding and continued value for Nordic customers.

Qualifications

• You love helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• You’re curious about tech and enjoy seeing businesses grow.
• Clear, warm communication in writing and speaking.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; Finnish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new customers and getting them off to a flying start.
• Building real relationships with partners, beyond the usual “per my last email.”
• Stepping in as 2nd line support when things get tricky.
• Coming up with new ways to make customers happier.
• Owning your work and helping shape how we do things.
• Helping customers get the most out of Mynt, from integrations to best practices to training.
• Down the line, showing new colleagues the ropes.
