Mynt is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge our sales team with product and tech. You will join customer meetings to explain how Mynt works, answer tough product questions and design the right setup for each client.

In this role you become the technical voice during deals, map customer needs across ERP systems, and support large opportunities with solution design and documentation. Stockholm-based with flexible hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or similar role.
• Fluent in Swedish and English and able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations and data flows and building trust with customers.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be the technical voice in sales meetings, deliver demos, and address objections clearly.
• Map customer needs and design Mynt fits across accounting systems, ERPs and card setups.
• Support large deals with solution design, documentation and security responses.
• Create product training materials, FAQs and demo environments for the sales team.
• Provide insights to product/engineering to prioritize roadmap items for wins.
• Ensure smooth handovers to onboarding and customer success for complex customers.
