Froda in Stockholm is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to be the first point of contact for customers and partners, delivering high-quality support and boosting satisfaction. You will understand customer needs, solve problems, and enrich the customer journey with Froda.

You'll also support embedded partner collaborations, ensuring the same level of outstanding service as for direct customers, in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers via email and phone.
• Support our embedded partner collaborations to ensure consistent service.

• Collaborate with product and other teams to relay customer feedback.
