Job Overview

At Nouryon, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to take ownership of the full customer journey, build lasting relationships, and ensure a smooth experience from order to invoice.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full order-to-invoice process for your group of customers and business area.
• Serve as the main contact person for customers, handling orders, questions, and requests, and conveying their voice internally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning and Logistics to ensure smooth deliveries and a positive customer experience.
• Support the Business Line team and serve as a backup for colleagues when needed.

Qualifications

• University education or equivalent in sales, trade, administration, logistics/distribution, or relevant experience (e.g., travel agency, transport/logistics company, or other customer-focused business).
• Good IT skills and experience with order-entry or booking systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
