Job summary

Nitto Scandinavia in Mölndal is seeking a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships and providing outstanding service to customers across automotive, building and consumer appliances.

You will act as a trusted partner to our sales team, manage a portfolio of customers, coordinate the entire order-to-cash process, and support customers throughout their journey to grow the business through excellent service and efficient administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience in customer service/sales administration or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong IT skills including Outlook and MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills for a B2B environment in Swedish and English.
• Structured, organized approach; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the sales team and manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring high service levels.
• Coordinate the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Support customers throughout their journey and contribute to growth through outstanding service and efficient administration.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints quickly and identify opportunities to increase business volume.
• Collaborate with colleagues locally and in European factories to ensure smooth operations.

Our Position

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships and providing outstanding service? Join Nitto Scandinavia in Mölndal and become a key point of contact for customers across a range of industries, including automotive, building and construction, and consumer appliances.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You act as a trusted partner to our sales team and manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• You coordinate the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
• Working closely with Area Account Managers, you support customers throughout their journey and contribute to business growth through outstanding service and efficient administration.
• You provide quick and correct responses to inquiries and complaints and identify opportunities at customers to increase business volume.
• You will act as a team player and actively cooperate with your colleagues locally and in the factories around Europe.

Your Profile

• You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in business, technical affinity is a plus.
• You have relevant experience in customer service/sales administration/business support/supply chain…
• IT-skills: good knowledge of Outlook, MS-Office programs. SAP experience preferred.
• You have very good communication skills for a B2B environment. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You enjoy collaborating in a small team while taking ownership of your own responsibilities.
• You work in a structured and organized manner and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You are service-minded and problem solving is in your nature.
