Job summary

Nitto EMEA is hiring for Nitto Scandinavia AB in Mölndal. You will manage a customer portfolio, coordinate order-to-cash, and partner with Area Account Managers to drive growth through outstanding service and efficient administration.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, experience in customer service or sales support, solid IT skills (Outlook, MS Office; SAP preferred) and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business; technical affinity is a plus.
• Relevant experience in customer service, sales administration, business support or supply chain.
• IT skills: Outlook, MS-Office programs; SAP experience preferred.
• Fluency in Swedish and English with strong communication for a B2B environment.
• Structured and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Service minded with problem solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the sales team and manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring high service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate the full order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Area Account Managers to support customers and drive growth through excellent service and efficient administration.
• Provide quick, correct responses to inquiries/complaints and identify opportunities to increase business volume.
• Work as a team player and cooperate with colleagues locally and in European factories.
