Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of relevant experience in customs and/or trade compliance.
• Good knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, UCC, EU legislation and FTAs.
• Experience with access management and segregation of duties.
• Focused on identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Interest in governance, security, and compliance trends.
• Strong structured and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and in a structured way of working.
• Fluent Swedish for contact with Swedish Customs and English for international authorities and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage price lists in SAP: load, maintain, and publish customer and pricing records across EMEA.
• Create, maintain, and secure material and customer master data.
• Manage user access and segregation of duties: administer permissions and access controls.
• Enforce governance standards: implement and uphold data governance frameworks and policies.
• Investigate security incidents and data protection topics; coordinate remediation with IT, Legal and Compliance.
• Collaborate with CX and Sales to fulfill requests and support regulatory compliance.
