Job summary

SEB group in Solna kommun is seeking a manager for the CRM Application Development team to lead CRM capabilities across multiple markets. This role involves overseeing a team of CRM Developers and Java Developers across Sweden and Germany and managing IT asset ownership.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a technical understanding of CRM applications. This position offers the opportunity to influence engineering practices during a significant organizational change journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading through change and ambiguity, translating complexity into clarity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across organizational and cultural boundaries.
• Solid technical understanding combined with a business-oriented mindset.
• Experience of CRM applications and specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a line team of around 15 people including CRM Developers and Java Developers.
• Oversee IT asset ownership connected to CRM capabilities.
• Ensure modern engineering practices aligned with SEB’s ways of working.
• Manage staff across geographical boundaries in Sweden and Germany.
