Job summary

Sirocco AB in Sweden seeks a motivated CRM Application Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to design, configure and maintain scalable CRM solutions within SAFe.

You will collaborate with clients, deliver training, and work with cross-functional teams to apply SAFe methodologies and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dynamics 365 Application Consultant experience.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement certification or related.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements, identify needs, and translate them into effective Dynamics CRM functionalities.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles.
• Experience with other CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus.
