Job summary

WeQuel is seeking a Senior CRM Developer for a consulting assignment in Stockholm/Södertälje to drive the continued development, customization, and integration of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales platform. You will work with architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and product owners in an agile setup to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

You will develop, customize, and maintain CRM solutions, implement plugins and workflows, build integrations, and design robust CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales.
• Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and business rules.
• Strong programming skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps, Service Bus, and Storage Accounts.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Independent, self-driven and able to take ownership of technical solutions.
• Quality-focused, detail-oriented and committed to robust maintenance.
• Collaborative, team-oriented in agile environments; hands-on problem solver.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales.
• Design and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and surrounding systems.
• Build and maintain solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Develop and support Azure-based services and integrations.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects, testers, product owners, business analysts, and integration specialists.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
• Ensure high quality, performance, and maintainability of CRM solutions.
