Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and/or Customer Service).
• Documented experience of major implementation or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of integration architecture and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Bridge CRM and ERP initiatives.
• Drive roadmap alignment between different programs and projects.
• Support decision-making around solution design and integration strategy.
