Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Extensive practical experience in common programming languages and technologies in the CRM environment.
• Conceptual and analytical skills, quick comprehension, and goal-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

• Development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application and its components.
• Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with external systems.
