Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading through change and ambiguity.

• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 15 CRM Developers and Java Developers.
• Manage IT assets connected to CRM capabilities.
• Ensure engineering practices aligned with SEB's ways of working.
• Represent IT assets within CRM parts of the agile domain.
