Job summary

Nordic Investin Group Aktiebolag is seeking a Conversation Designer to help create clear, inclusive conversational experiences across chat, voice, and AI-assisted services. You will connect dialogue design, content standards and intent modelling in a multidisciplinary team.

You will own practical direction, translate goals into dialogue strategy, establish standards for modelling, coordinate prototyping, and use evidence to improve evaluation and knowledge sharing across the team.

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Conversation Designer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You connect user evidence, service realities and product constraints to create experiences that are clear, inclusive and valuable.

The partner is strengthening its capability in clear conversational experiences for chat, voice and AI-assisted services. You will take responsibility for work that connects dialogue design, content standards and intent modelling, while ensuring that prototyping and evaluation receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

The design function values evidence, critique and close collaboration. Success means making complexity understandable and enabling better choices.

How you will work

You will join a multidisciplinary team and move between discovery, design, delivery and learning after launch. The partner expects assumptions to be made visible, prototypes to answer real questions and design decisions to remain understandable when they reach engineering and operations.

This role calls for subject-matter depth and practical ownership. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.
