Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate construction records and provide clear daily/weekly reporting.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a major mission-critical construction programme in Sweden.

This is a senior, site-based role responsible for overseeing construction delivery, contractor coordination, health & safety, quality, programme and project readiness. • Proven experience managing major contractors and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction H&S, quality, programme and sequencing.
• Experience managing construction interfaces and project risks.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
