Qualifications

• 10–20 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Strong site-based construction management background.
• Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical or similarly complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, site-based construction management and oversight.
• Monitor construction progress, programme, quality and H&S performance.
• Coordinate main contractors, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Review look-ahead programmes, resources and construction activities.
• Manage inspections, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, snagging and punch-list activities.
• Identify construction risks, issues and interfaces and drive actions to completion.
• Support construction readiness, commissioning interfaces, handover and closeout.
• Maintain accurate construction records and provide clear daily/weekly reporting.
• Work closely with engineering, commissioning, operations and project management teams.
