Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to lead the Civil, Structural & Architectural scope on a major Data Centre project in Sweden. This on-site, senior role requires ownership of delivery from mobilisation through to completion on a demanding site.

You'll work with project management, subcontractors and client teams to ensure safety, quality and programme adherence, driving practical solutions and effective close-out of the project.

Mane Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to join a leading international engineering contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Sweden.

This is a senior, site-based leadership role for an experienced construction professional who can take ownership of the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) scope and drive delivery from mobilisation through to completion. With a substantial pipeline of projects extending 5+ years, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position working on leading-edge European data centre projects.

The Opportunity:

As Senior CSA Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, execution and close-out of all CSA activities on site.

Working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, client teams and M&E disciplines, you'll ensure the CSA works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine authority and ownership over site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project mobilisation, construction planning and development of short-term programmes
• Coordinate CSA construction activities from pre-mobilisation through to completion
• Drive productivity and maintain progress against the master construction programme
• Manage CSA subcontractors, labour, workfaces, materials and equipment
• Chair subcontractor meetings and maintain accurate site records and progress reporting
• Coordinate closely with M&E teams, client representatives and other project disciplines
• Identify and manage variations, programme risks and site issues
• Review construction drawings, method statements and risk assessments
• Drive strong HSEQ standards, including inductions, toolbox talks, audits and site inspections
• Ensure inspection and testing requirements are followed and maintain a zero-snag approach
• Coordinate material and plant deliveries to support programme requirements
• Expedite critical materials and equipment to prevent delays
• Take ownership of site issues and drive practical solutions with the Project Manager
• Oversee final documentation, marked-up drawings, statutory requirements and project close-out
• Support demobilisation and ensure successful project handover

What We're Looking For:

We're looking to speak with experienced CSA Project Managers, Construction Managers or Senior Site Managers with a strong background in complex construction environments.

You’ll ideally have:

• Significant experience managing Civil, Structural & Architectural works
• Experience on Data Centre, Mission Critical or similarly complex projects
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction planning, programme management and site coordination
• Excellent knowledge of HSEQ and quality requirements
• Confidence dealing with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing variations
• A practical, organised and detail-focused approach
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to make decisions, solve problems and maintain momentum on site
