Job summary

Voi Technology AB seeks a senior leader to head Proposals & Content within Tender Enablement. You will shape the content strategy, set writing standards, and build a high-performing team to produce persuasive, compliant tender submissions across Europe.

You will own capacity planning, editorial governance and the continuous improvement of the content library, collaborating with Commercial, Bid Strategy, design teams and local markets to ensure scalable, high‑quality bids.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of bid/tender writing or content leadership experience.
• Experience owning bids and proposal content end-to-end.
• Proven ability to build, lead and develop writing or proposal teams.
• Excellent written English; multilingual skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Proposal & Content function including strategy, standards and quality.
• Build and develop a team of proposal writers and managers; hiring and coaching.
• Own capacity planning across live and upcoming tenders and allocate resources.
• Set editorial standards and act as final authority on written quality.
• Maintain Voi’s tender content library and intelligence for scalable submissions.
