Telia Company is seeking a senior leader to build and lead a new Group Sourcing capability at the core of our B2B transformation in Solna, Sweden. Reporting to the CPO, you will shape how sourcing, partner strategy and commercial execution drive growth, margin and customer success across our B2B business.

You will establish a Center of Excellence for B2B sourcing and partner strategy, collaborate with executive leaders across sales, product and technology, and define governance, commercial terms

Qualificações

• Experience from a leading telecom operator’s B2B or enterprise business.
• Strong procurement credentials and partner management experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build a B2B Products & Services Center of Excellence from the ground up.
• Partner with senior B2B leadership to shape deals and ecosystems.
• Define pricing structures, partner terms and governance.
• Lead negotiations across software, cloud, infrastructure and services.
• Drive growth, margin and customer success through sourcing strategy.
• Establish governance and scalable procurement models across the Group.
