In the role of Sourcing Manager, you will report to Jonas Carlsson, Head of Network Sourcing, and play a key role in developing and optimizing our sourcing categories within fixed telecom network infrastructure. Your main focus will be fixed network connectivity—such as dark fiber and capacity services for customer access and network transmission—including international connectivity providers. This is one of our most significant sourcing categories in terms of spend and complexity, with highly critical and sophisticated supplier agreements.
As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving sourcing excellence, optimizing costs, and building strong supplier partnerships. You will take a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, challenging both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for Tele2. This means not only securing competitive terms, but also continuously improving ways of working, commercial structures, and long‑term value creation across the category.
