Responsibilities

• Manage customer stakeholder engagement across executive and operational audiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration and workshop facilitation.
• Lead discussions during workshops and align with Transformation Management Office to ensure on-time delivery.
• Align with Value team on KPI planning and realization (KPIs).
• Work with larger implementation team to ensure on-time and error-free delivery; plan resources within budgets.

Role: Business Consultant – Manufacturing

Key responsibilities

• Customer Stakeholder Management and facilitation across executive and operational audiences.
• Cross functional collaboration
• Ability to lead discussions during workshops.
• Work closely with Transformation Management Office to ensure on-time delivery.
• Align with Value team on the Value Planning & Value Realization (KPIs)

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities

Work with larger implementation team to ensure on time and error free delivery.

Ability to proactively plan resources and operate within budgets provided.

Key Skills/Knowledge

• Plant Operations experience in one or more functional areas – Manufacturing Operations Management, MES, Quality, Plant Maintenance preferably in Business consulting arm of companies like TCS.
• Good understanding of the machining process.
• End-to-end business process mapping from L1 to L4 (required).
• Ability to lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Prior experience in SAP DM and PM modules as part of large S4 Transformations is good to have.
• SAP Signavio experience is good to have.
• Good to have IT-OT integration experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative-taking, and an innovative mindset.
• Exposure to AI/ Gen AI / Agentic AI is desirable.
