Job summary

Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or business consulting.
End-to-end business process mapping from L1 to L4.
Experience leading fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops.
SAP DM/PM modules in large S4 transformations is a plus; SAP Signavio experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage customer stakeholder engagement across executive and operational audiences.
Cross-functional collaboration and workshop facilitation.
Lead discussions during workshops and align with Transformation Management Office to ensure on-time delivery.
Align with Value team on KPI planning and realization (KPIs).
Work with larger implementation team to ensure on-time and error-free delivery; plan resources within budgets.
