Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking a Business Consultant – Supply Chain (Planning) with 8 to 15 years of experience to lead planning engagements, map processes, and drive value through IBP and related tools.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and workshops, with exposure to SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan and other planning tools; strong communication and analytical mindset required.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain Planning experience across SIOP/IBP, preferably in Business consulting arm of companies like TCS.
• End-to-end business process mapping from L1 to L4 (required).
• Ability to lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Prior experience in SAP IBP module as part of large S4 Transformations or with leading COTS planning tools (Kinaxis, Anaplan, OMP, o9) is good to have.
• SAP Signavio experience is good to have.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative-taking, and an innovative mindset.
• Exposure to AI/ Gen AI / Agentic AI is desirable.

Key responsibilities
