Job summary

Mane Contract Services is recruiting experienced Boat Builders to join a luxury yacht manufacturing project in Sweden. You will contribute to the construction, assembly and finishing of high-quality yachts, working with fibreglass and composite materials.

The role involves reading drawings, assembling components and ensuring top marine standards. Requirements include 1–2 years boat-building experience, plus the ability to work with hand tools and workshop equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of boat-building experience.
• Experience with marine or luxury yacht manufacturing preferred.
• Comfort with hand tools and workshop equipment.

Responsibilities

Contract: 6 months, with potential extensions

Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime

MANE is currently recruiting experienced Boat Builders to join an exciting luxury yacht manufacturing project in Sweden

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading marine manufacturer, contributing to the construction, assembly and finishing of high-quality luxury yachts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble yacht structures and components.
• Fit and install interior and exterior boat components.
• Work with fibreglass, composite materials and other marine materials.
• Carry out repairs, modifications and finishing work.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work meets high-quality marine manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant boat-building experience.
• Previous marine or luxury yacht manufacturing experience preferred.
• Confident using hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Must have the right to work in Europe.

What's on Offer:

• €21.87 per hour for the first 39 hours.
• €30.85 per hour for weekday overtime after 39 hours.
• €36.20 per hour for weekend hours.
• Accommodation and utility bills fully covered.
• Travel costs covered at the start and end of the assignment.
• In-country payroll.
• 6-month contract with potential extensions.
