Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and production documentation.
• Experience in hands-on assembly/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boat structures, components, and fittings in accordance with drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and correctly.
• Prepare, fit, and secure parts and materials to meet production requirements.
• Read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production documentation.
• Inspect completed work and identify defects or assembly issues.
• Report discrepancies, damaged parts, or missing information to the appropriate team.
• Work with production, quality, and engineering colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.
• Maintain an organised work area and follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Record completed work and communicate progress in line with production requirements.
