Job summary

MANE Contract Services is seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a luxury yacht manufacturing project in Sweden. The role involves hands-on lamination, mould prep, resin systems, vacuum bagging, and quality inspection on fibreglass components. Contract is 6 months with potential extensions; 40 hours per week plus overtime.

Accommodation and travel costs covered. Candidates must have 1–2 years laminated experience and the right to work in Europe; fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of composite laminating experience.
• Experience with fibreglass/GRP or other composites.
• Marine, automotive, aerospace or motorsport experience considered.
• Knowledge of hand lay-up and composite manufacturing processes.
• Must speak English.
• Must have the right to work in Europe.

MANE is currently seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a luxury yacht manufacturing project in Sweden.

The successful candidates will be involved in manufacturing and assembling high-quality fibreglass and composite components used in luxury yacht production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out hand lay-up of fibreglass and composite materials.


• Prepare moulds, tooling and surfaces for lamination.


• Apply resin systems and reinforcement materials.


• Perform vacuum bagging and resin infusion where required.


• Trim, bond and finish composite components.


• Inspect completed components for defects and quality.


• Follow technical drawings, production instructions and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of composite laminating experience.


• Experience working with fibreglass, GRP or other composite materials.


• Marine, automotive, aerospace or motorsport experience considered.


• Knowledge of hand lay-up and composite manufacturing processes.

What's on Offer:

• €21.87 per hour for the first 39 hours.


• €30.85 per hour for weekday overtime after 39 hours.


• €36.20 per hour for weekend hours.
