Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking experienced Composite Assemblers to join a marine project in Sweden, building carbon fibre components for luxury yachts.

You will read technical drawings, set up and assemble complex parts, and work from moulds and pre-preg materials. Accommodation is provided, and you will typically work 48+ hours per week with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Marine, motorsport or aerospace background preferred.
• Confident reading technical drawings.
• Must speak English.
• Must have the right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and fitting of carbon fibre/composite components.
• Working from technical drawings and specifications.
• Construction of the boom, laying pre preg, fitting core, bagging for de-dulking and curing; building a number of smaller components on a flat table and from moulds.
• Set-up and assembly – aligning large and small components, secondary bonding and taping in; installing hardware, sheaves, cylinders, dogbones and pins.
