Job summary

Clevry is seeking a Bidding Assistant in Stockholm to support the full bidding lifecycle. You will interpret customer requirements, develop high-quality bid documents, and coordinate resources across project teams to ensure competitive, compliant bids are delivered on time.

You will contribute to bid strategy, document development, and post-bid follow-up, with a strong emphasis on process accuracy and communication across functions. Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of wireless, core network, datacom, access network, IT, or data storage.
• Knowledge of CRM processes and bidding regulations.
• Experience in project coordination or project management is valued.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Fluency in Chinese is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and develop high-quality bidding documents aligned with strategies and customer expectations.
• Coordinate resources, manage bidding plans, QA, and approvals to ensure timely submission.
• Support post-bid clarification activities and maintain bidding documentation.
