- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Knowledge in Software Product Development and/or Connected Products and/or AD/ADAS Products and/or Mobility Product domain within Automotive.

- Sales responsibility for targeted software R&D/engineering clients
- Business development and revenue growth
- Build and maintain local client relations
- Analyze the local market and stay updated on trends
- Optimize local bench and staff assignments on projects
- Anticipate contract endings and reallocate resources
