Job summary
Cognizant Mobility GmbH is seeking a Business Lead Automotive to drive strategic market development in Sweden from Gothenburg. You will combine E/E systems expertise with automotive software IT and AI to craft tailored service concepts and technology roadmaps for Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
Offshore/nearshore delivery models will be designed to meet strict automotive quality and security requirements. You will lead technical pre-sales and high-stakes discussions with CTOs and procurement,
Qualifications
- Completion of a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification with several years in automotive engineering services.
- Deep E/E domain knowledge and IT process chains (AUTOSAR, ROS, ISO 26262, ASPICE, DevOps/CI/CD).
- Experience applying AI in engineering and managing international offshore/nearshore teams.
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers and understanding procurement processes.
- Excellent German and English language skills, Swedish addition preferred, with ability to present to C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Development for Sweden targeting Tier 1 & OEMs.
- Analyze customer processes and develop tailored service concepts and roadmaps.
- Design scalable offshore/nearshore operating models for automotive delivery.
- Support pre-sales and CIO/CTO discussions with technical pitches.
- Evaluate AI trends and integrate innovations into service portfolio.
