Next Job Abroad is partnering with a leading international client in Greece to hire Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist European customers on commercial vehicles from Athens. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, coordinate roadside assistance, and work with service partners to resolve issues, while learning through certified instructors in a supportive, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Swedish and good English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under pressure.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new tools.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Assisting drivers experiencing roadside breakdowns such as flat tyres or mechanical issues
• Identifying the customer's location, vehicle details, and support requirements
• Coordinating roadside assistance, repairs, or towing with authorised service partners
• Responding to general customer enquiries regarding products, services, appointments, and corporate information
• Managing customer complaints professionally and ensuring timely resolutions
• Updating cases accurately in internal systems and collaborating with an international support team
