Job summary

Next Job Abroad, on behalf of a client in Greece, is recruiting Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team and support one of the world’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.

You’ll be the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers across Europe, handling enquiries, arranging roadside assistance, and coordinating with service partners. Full training and a relocation package are provided, along with a competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and good English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under pressure.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new tools.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist drivers experiencing roadside breakdowns such as flat tyres or mechanical issues.
• Identify the customer’s location, vehicle details, and support requirements.
• Coordinate roadside assistance, repairs, or towing with authorised service partners.
• Respond to general customer enquiries regarding products, services, appointments, and corporate information.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
• Update cases accurately in internal systems and collaborate with an international support team.
