Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international team in Greece, providing professional support to drivers, fleet operators, and customers. Relocation assistance, training before starting, and health insurance are offered, with opportunities for career development.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, coordinate with workshops, and manage cases through to resolution, in a multicultural workplace.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken).
• Good English skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat with questions related to transportation services.
• Support drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns by gathering relevant information and creating service cases.
• Coordinate with workshops, roadside assistance providers and technicians when on-site support is required.
• Provide updates and follow up on ongoing cases until they are resolved.
• Answer questions regarding products, services and general customer enquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and work towards the best possible solution for the customer.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions using internal systems.
