Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international service team in Greece. You will assist drivers, fleet operators and customers by phone, email and chat, helping them resolve issues and get back on the road.

Relocation is provided, including a paid flight and temporary accommodation, housing assistance, paid training, private health insurance, and career development opportunities in a multicultural workplace.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken) required.
• Good English skills and strong communication.
• Problem-solving abilities essential.
• Able to use multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in automotive or roadside assistance is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat with questions related to transportation services.
• Support drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns by gathering information and creating service cases.
• Coordinate with workshops, roadside assistance providers and technicians when on-site support is required.
• Provide updates and follow up on ongoing cases until they are resolved.
• Answer questions regarding products, services and general customer enquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and work towards the best possible solution for the customer.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions using internal systems.
