Job summary

Fellowmind is building HiveAI and seeks an Agentic Managed Services Lead to define and own the Managed Services layer of the Fellowmind Agent Lifecycle. You will shape a new service from the ground up, combining entrepreneurial drive with hands-on delivery leadership.

You will launch the first engagements, develop playbooks, tooling and governance, and scale the model across countries. The role blends strategic thinking with practical delivery and requires experience in Managed Services, service

Qualifications

Operational experience within Managed Services and automation.
A track record in Service Management, Customer Success and Business Transformation.
Experience taking a new service from concept to commercial and operational reality.
Ability to lead change in a multi-country and multi-stakeholder organisation.
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of recurring-revenue, service-based models.
Exposure to AI, automation, Copilot or agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

Design the Agentic Managed Services layer for the Fellowmind Agent Lifecycle (support, maintenance, optimisation, governance).
Launch and personally run the first Agentic Managed Services engagements, including onboarding, tooling and playbooks.
Develop procedures, governance models and ways of working for other teams to deliver the service.
Drive adoption across Fellowmind by embedding the service in Managed Services across countries.
Own pricing, packaging and service commitments, collaborating with Sales and Marketing.
Prepare the service to scale by transferring knowledge to regional teams after proof of concept.
