Job summary

Fellowmind in Sweden seeks an Agentic Managed Services Lead to define and own the Managed Services layer of the Fellowmind Agent Lifecycle. You will shape a new offering, combining strategy, architecture and hands-on delivery to deliver scalable value.

You will collaborate with Product, HiveAI and regional teams to build repeatable playbooks, governance and pricing, and to enable rapid adoption across Fellowmind's markets.

AI Agents are moving from pilot to production, and someone needs to make sure they continue to deliver value. As our Agentic Managed Services Lead, you will build the services that help customers support, maintain, optimise and govern their AI Agents over time.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up. Part entrepreneur, part service architect and part hands‑on delivery lead, you will turn an emerging idea into a scalable and commercially viable Fellowmind service.

About The Role

As our Agentic Managed Services Lead, you will define and own the Managed Services layer of the Fellowmind Agent Lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Product Manager responsible for the Lifecycle, as well as our Product and HiveAI Technology teams, to ensure that managed services are built into the offering from the start rather than added afterwards.

Your responsibility goes beyond designing the service. You will help sell it, personally lead the first customer engagements and develop the playbooks, tools and ways of working needed to make the service operational. Once the model has been proven, you will enable our regional Managed Services teams to take ownership and scale it across Fellowmind.

What You Will Do

• Design the service. Define services for the support, maintenance, optimisation and governance of AI Agents as an extension of the Fellowmind Agent Lifecycle.
• Prove it in practice. Launch and personally run the first Agentic Managed Services engagements, including onboarding, tooling, playbooks and delivery.
• Create a repeatable model. Develop the procedures, governance models and ways of working required for other teams to deliver the service successfully.
• Drive adoption across Fellowmind. Build the processes, roles and internal commitment needed to embed the service in our Managed Services organisations across different countries.
• Make it commercially viable. Own pricing, packaging and service commitments, and work with Sales and Marketing to position Agentic Managed Services as a core part of Fellowmind’s AI and HiveAI proposition.
• Prepare the service to scale. Transfer knowledge and ownership to regional teams once the model has been tested and proven with customers.

What Success Looks Like

During your first six to nine months, the ambition is to have:

• At least one fully operational Agentic Managed Service live with a reference customer in production.
• Repeatable playbooks, procedures and governance models that other teams can adopt and use.
• At least one Managed Services organisation in a Fellowmind country delivering the service independently.
• A proven model that is ready to scale across Fellowmind’s country organisations.

You combine strategic thinking with the ability and willingness to make things happen in practice. You are entrepreneurial, outcome‑driven and equally comfortable discussing direction and commercial models as you are working through the operational details of a new service.

You know how to create structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. You can influence stakeholders across countries and disciplines, and you would rather test and prove that a service works than stop at writing the plan.

• Operational experience within Managed Services and automation.
• A track record in Service Management, Customer Success and Business Transformation.
• Experience taking a new service from concept to commercial and operational reality.
• The ability to lead change in a multi‑country and multi‑stakeholder organisation.
• A strong commercial mindset and an understanding of how to build a recurring‑revenue, service‑based business.
• Exposure to AI, automation, Copilot or agent‑based solutions.

You do not need to be the person building the AI Agents yourself. What matters is your ability to understand the service around them and bring together customer value, commercial thinking, governance and operational delivery.

The practicalities

• Start: As soon as possible, but of course we’ll take your notice period into account.
• Scope: Full-time.
• Location: One of our Swedish offices.
• Travel: This is an international role, and regular travel across Fellowmind's countries and customer environments is an expected and rewarding part of the job.
• Language: Professional proficiency in both English and Swedish is required.
