Job summary

Fellowmind is seeking an Agentic Managed Services Lead in Sweden to design, launch and scale a new managed services line for AI Agents. You will own the service from concept to commercial and operational reality, shaping governance, playbooks and regional delivery capabilities.

You will lead first customer engagements, define pricing and packaging, and collaborate with Product, HiveAI, Sales and Marketing to embed the service across Fellowmind’s international offices.

Qualifications

• Operational experience within Managed Services and automation.
• Track record in Service Management, Customer Success and Business Transformation.
• Experience taking a new service from concept to commercial and operational reality.
• Ability to lead change in a multi-country and multi-stakeholder organisation.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how to build a recurring-revenue, service-based business.
• Exposure to AI, automation, Copilot or agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design the service. Define services for the support, maintenance, optimisation and governance of AI Agents as an extension of the Fellowmind Agent Lifecycle.
• Prove it in practice. Launch and personally run the first Agentic Managed Services engagements, including onboarding, tooling, playbooks and delivery.
• Create a repeatable model. Develop the procedures, governance models and ways of working required for other teams to deliver the service successfully.
• Drive adoption across Fellowmind. Build the processes, roles and internal commitment needed to embed the service in our Managed Services organisations across different countries.
• Make it commercially viable. Own pricing, packaging and service commitments, and work with Sales and Marketing to position Agentic Managed Services as a core part of Fellowmind’s AI and HiveAI proposition.
• Prepare the service to scale. Transfer knowledge and ownership to regional teams once the model has been tested and proven with customers.
