Job summary

Fellowmind is seeking an experienced Agentic Managed Services Lead to design, launch and scale a new managed services layer for AI Agents within the Fellowmind Agent Lifecycle. You will own pricing, packaging and governance, lead first customer engagements and develop repeatable playbooks and tools to enable regional teams across multiple countries.

You will work closely with Product, HiveAI Technology, Sales and Marketing to position Agentic Managed Services as a core offering and ensure

Qualifications

Operational experience within Managed Services and automation.
Track record in Service Management, Customer Success and Business Transformation.
Experience taking a new service from concept to commercial and operational reality.
Ability to lead change in a multi-country and multi-stakeholder organisation.
Strong commercial mindset and an understanding of how to build a recurring-revenue, service-based business.
Exposure to AI, automation, Copilot or agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

Design the Agentic Managed Services, including support, maintenance, optimisation and governance.
Launch and lead the first engagements, including onboarding, tooling and playbooks.
Develop repeatable procedures, governance models and ways of working.
Drive adoption across Fellowmind by building processes and roles.
Own pricing, packaging and service commitments, and align with sales and marketing.
Prepare the service to scale by transferring knowledge to regional teams.
