Job summary

Viaplay Group in Stockholm seeks a Traffic Administrator to ensure smooth radio and online advertising operations and effective campaign delivery across multiple brands. You will work with Sales, Finance, and other teams to book, schedule, deliver, invoice, and report campaigns accurately.

In this role you will manage order bookings, asset administration, and campaign detail checks while supporting pricing, inventory, and timely financial processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative/coordinating role with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
• Experience with invoicing and order/finance processes.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage booking, scheduling, and reconciliation for radio and online advertising campaigns.
• Ensure correct placement, timing, and delivery of ads across platforms.
• Support sales with pricing, inventory, reporting, and campaign inquiries.
• Handle order management, invoicing, and credit control tasks.
• Oversee online traffic management and asset administration in digital systems.
• Review and quality-check advertising audio files before broadcast.
• Monitor inventory and ensure pricing/booking guideline compliance.
