Job summary

Viaplay Group in Stockholm is seeking a CRM Manager to lead customer messaging across Viaplay and Allente. You’ll craft copy, build campaigns in Adobe Campaign and optimize lifecycle programs across Nordic markets.

You'll work with Commercial, Content, Product and Tech teams to deliver data-driven communications that boost engagement and commercial performance. A hands-on marketer with strong copywriting and MA experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Two years+ experience in CRM or marketing automation in an international, multi-channel D2C or B2B setup.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging customer messaging across digital channels.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with MA platforms like Adobe Campaign, SFMC or MessageGears; SQL familiarity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or communication.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging copy for email, push, SMS, direct mail and other CRM channels.
• Build campaigns from scratch with audience targeting, rules and triggered messaging.
• Deliver lifecycle campaigns across Viaplay and Allente in the Nordics.
• Analyze performance, run A/B tests and optimize results.
• Ensure brand, legal and CRM process compliance.
