Job summary

Dustin Aktiebolag is seeking an Operations Center Engineer to monitor customer environments, manage incidents, and help ensure continuous business operations. The role involves collaboration with a skilled Managed Services team across Dustin’s locations in Sweden.

You will monitor, respond to alerts, and drive service improvements while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach. Office locations include Malmö or Stockholm with on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience supporting customer IT environments in operations, support, or Managed Services.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and networking concepts; LogicMonitor knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer environments and ensure incidents and service requests are handled efficiently.
• Manage incidents and provide clear communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Managed Services teams to improve service delivery.
• Perform proactive maintenance to enhance stability and reliability of services.
