Telia Company in Karlstad seeks an Operations Engineer to monitor and manage Telia platforms and mobile networks across the Nordic and international markets. You will identify, analyze, report and resolve incidents while continually learning in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across functions, contribute to automation initiatives, and support a 24/7 operation in a secure facility with shift-based hours.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in Telecom, IT or Networks is required or highly valued.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on or strong interest in network monitoring, incident management, and routing/switching.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Telia platforms and mobile networks across Nordic and international markets.
