We're Hiring: Systems Support Administrator

We're looking for a talented and experienced Systems Support Administrator to join our growing IT infrastructure team. If you have a solid background in managing large-scale Back Office Server Environments and are passionate about ensuring smooth operations and support across the enterprise, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Back Office Server Environments including File Servers, FTP, Print Servers, Antivirus, etc.
• Perform preventive maintenance, patch management, and user profile management
• Implement and maintain backup policies and disaster recovery procedures
• Provide 2nd-level support for end-user devices and 1st-level server support
• Assist in audits, documentation, and inventory control of hardware/software

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise-level Back Office Environments
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Systems Administration
• Familiarity with desktop and server hardware/peripherals
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Technologies, ITIL, Antivirus Solutions) are a strong plus
