Job summary

Total-TECH Co in Riyadh is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using C#.NET and OutSystems. You will build robust backend services, APIs, and data access layers, and participate in the full SDLC from analysis to deployment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT, 2–5 years of experience, strong Arabic language skills (native) and solid English communication.

Design develop integrate test and maintain scalable business applications using NET and OutSystems Develop robust backend services APIs and business logic using C NET Build responsive and user-friendly applications using OutSystems Design develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services Develop and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and database structures using SQL Server Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle SDLC from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide accurate development estimates Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues across development and production environments Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security guidelines Collaborate with Business Analysts QA Engineers Project Managers and other Developers Contribute to application architecture technical design and development decisions Ensure applications meet requirements for performance security scalability and maintainability Prepare and maintain technical documentation Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field 2 5 years of professional software development experience Strong hands-on experience with C NET NET Core Practical experience developing applications using OutSystems Experience with ASP NET Core ASP NET MVC and Web API Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases preferably SQL Server Experience with REST APIs JSON authentication and system integrations Good understanding of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and responsive web development Experience with Git or other version control systems Good understanding of software development methodologies clean coding practices and design patterns Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Entity Framework EF Core is preferred Experience with React Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks is a plus Experience with CI CD DevOps Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus OutSystems certification and experience with Service Studio Integration Studio are strong advantages Experience in banking financial services or enterprise applications is a plus Fluent native Arabic speaker is mandatory with strong English communication skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders and technical teams
