Job summary

TAWANTECH is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop and maintain enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment. You will design, implement, test, and deploy scalable backend or frontend systems with a strong emphasis on API development, databases, and integration.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, adhere to security and coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with enterprise applications experience.
• Strong expertise in backend or frontend development with full-stack understanding.
• Experience in API development, databases, and system integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages and development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting production releases and resolving critical application issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is preferred.

Responsibilities
